Centre for Research and Education for Social Transformation (CREST) is an autonomous
institution under Government of Kerala. It started functioning as Centre of Excellence under
Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode in 2002. For the past seven years the Centre has been conducting five months Post Graduate Certificate Course for Professional Development for
graduates/professional degree holders from Scheduled communities to enable them to compete in the open market for job opportunities as well as for admission to institutions of higher learning in India and abroad.
The Centre requires for immediate appointment the following personnel.
Associate Programme Coordinator (One)
Job Profile
• Leading and managing teaching faculty, as well as academic support personnel
• Ensuring student preparedness
• Oversee faculty scheduling
• Fostering continuous and open communications for student success.
• Mentoring of students
Qualification & Experience
• Master’s degree from a university in Humanities/Science/Social Sciences or in any other allied subject.
• 10 years teaching experience in a College affiliated to a University or five years as a trainer for soft skills at national or international level
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Thorough understanding of project planning, budgeting and operations
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff
• IT Skills
• Excellent communication and HRD skills
Selection will be on the basis of personal interview. Though the post is not reserved,
preference will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST Communities. The position
will be purely temporary on a consolidated remuneration of Rs.17,500/- per month.
